Taxation by Misrepresentation, the Truth about Income Taxes in Plain English (an eBook by John W. Benson)
If you've ever wondered about income taxes, you will want to read Taxation by Misrepresentation, the Truth about Income Taxes in Plain English, Offered by: www.Taxation-by-Misrepresentation.com
In this book, I trace the foundations of today's income taxes back to the ancient mercantile contracts found in England at the time of King Edward I in 1285, modified in 1353 by Parliament under King Edward III, and brought into the King's use by Henry VIII in 1542 and by Elizabeth I in 1570. The income taxes we see today in America are the modern version of the ancient tallage employed by the feudal-law lords to extract from their serfs an annual tax or exaction as a condition of their voluntary or customary feudal-law duties to the liege lord of the manor.
Being an essential element of today's income taxes, the Form 1040, U.S. Individual Tax Return, is merely the old feudal merchant contract taken and enrolled in the King's Exchequer (Treasury) decked out in new linguistic garbs. By this ancient contract, merchants of old conveyed actual title to their bodies, lands and goods, and the proceeds therefrom, as security for the money or goods they procured from their creditors on their accounts. Today's income taxes do the same thing via the IRS Form 1040.
I show that today's income taxes are no different in principle from these ancient feudal-law contracts and that the practices and the procedures employed by the Internal Revenue Service to determine, assess and collect today's income taxes are, in substance and effect, the Exchequer techniques and procedures in today's language, but used in such a way that the average person, the courts and the legal profession are simply bamboozled by the change in verbiage today.
I really do not advocate that anyone stop paying the income taxes, but genuinely believe that income taxes as we know them will be greatly modified or even done away with by Congress if a few million Americans read and know very well what I have written in this book.
Listed here are just four of the testimonials I've received on my book on income taxes:
John, I'm so sorry that I didn't make contact with you sooner but I simply wanted to tell you how surprised I am with the book. I was a C.P.A. and received significant education in taxation, although my accounting career was in Audit, rather than tax. If only we'd received the type of in-depth knowledge and extensive research that you provide in this book. But then again, the elites couldn't have that, now, could they? The book is very well written and offers extensive clarity and perception. I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you for sharing this impressive work with me.

Ahh, finally, the Truth in plain English. This language is unquestionably foreign to many authors of government publications and specially to those deceiving rascals at IRS which have intentionally confused the public's understanding and admitted it. How entertaining it will be now to view judges and prosecutors squirm and make an effort to wiggle out of John Benson's legal handcuffs.

Everything They Ever Told Me was a Lie
When I was in the 7th grade, I was required to memorize the first two paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence. It had a profound influence on my attitude toward government. I indiscriminately assumed that everyone in the country did likewise, and I was well into adulthood before I realized that almost no one else shared my belief that the reason for government was to protect life, liberty and property.
When I was exposed to the requirement to pay over as much of what I was earning to the state as it demanded, I felt like a slave, but accepted the apologists explanation that it wasn't really slavery because I was simply paying for the protection of my life, liberty and property that the state provided. The logical fallacies within that explanation escaped my untrained mind.
Later, I began to understand that if you should be in a relationship with another individual, and, under the stipulations of this relationship, that other person has got the right to intercept what is paid for your labor, get rid of that property according to his whim and you have simply no recourse whatsoever regarding either the amount taken or how it really is spent, and that you could be taken in chains and put into a cage for refusing to comply, you're in a condition of servitude, that is, your very body and its labor do not really belong to you but belong to the one who gets the right to take what your labor has produced. I did not understand how this could be in a country where slavery and involuntary servitude were positively prohibited.
Slavery and servitude have been a part of the law of this Nation from the arrival of the very first immigrants. Only slavery and involuntary servitude were prohibited by the 13th Amendment into the Constitution, voluntary servitude wasn't. This book is definitely an expose of this mechanism employed to reimpose feudal servitude on the American People under the guise taxation. It's a must read for anyone who values liberty.

In the rare case of a courtroom victory against the IRS, there is certainly still an enormous price to pay. How much of one's essence (time) or property (money) did it take to put your case together? How will you gauge the stress, lack of sleep and over all fear this parasitic agency made for you? I know firsthand just how many thousands of hours and dollars it takes to find out what goes on behind the IRS curtain of lies. Make sure that your CPA, Attorneys, teachers, family and friends possess this research. This book answers Sherry Peel Jackson's question; "Why are we back where we started?" Taxation by Misrepresentation embodies many years of in depth research and step-by-step analysis to truly save your essence, sanity and expedite your education into the origins and misapplication of the Title 26 IRC.
