Even just 10 minutes of quiet meditation a day can leave you feeling calmer and more relaxed.
A healthier diet can make sure you are getting all needed nutrients. While you may be tempted to sharply curtail your diet in order to avoid the dreaded middle-age spread, eating a well-balanced diet rich in protein, essential fatty acids, whole grains and plenty of fresh produce can protect your mane and leave you feeling stronger and healthier.
